Through a number of fantastic community partnerships with the Trail Conservancy’s Music on the Trails, Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center and Austin Bergstrom International Airport’s Live Music in the Air, we have been able to offer gig opportunities at our established city standard pay rate of $250 per musician and higher, with over $100K paid out thus far to musicians, dancers, and visual artists who participated in our Beyond the Music Project Arts Concerts and Austin Glitz & Glam Concert series between 2015 to 2025.
Through diligent engagement and active listening within diverse communities, we are able to provide solutions that address access, opportunity, and safety for our Black, Latinx, AAPI, LGBTQIA+, Women, and Disabled musicians, visual artists, and dancers.
